Hob & Ember is a small, independent publication. We cannot answer individual shopping questions, but we do want to hear about mistakes.

Reporting an error

If you find a wrong figure, a specification that has changed, an outdated safety recommendation or a broken source link, please write to the publisher at the postal address shown on the legal notice page. Quote the page address and the sentence concerned, and if possible the source that shows the correct information. Corrections are reviewed by the publisher; when a page is corrected, its "Updated" date changes.

What we cannot help with

• Personal buying advice or price comparisons. We do not recommend where to buy, and we do not track prices or offers.
• Product samples, sponsorship and paid links. Hob & Ember does not accept free products, sponsored content or paid placements.
• Warranty claims, repairs and recalls. Please contact the manufacturer or retailer; recalls are listed by national product-safety authorities, such as the US Consumer Product Safety Commission.
• Food poisoning or injuries. Seek medical advice. In the US, Poison Control can be reached at 1-800-222-1222.
